Crisol Suites Condesa

I stayed in Crisol Suites Condesa for 9 days and everything about this place is wonderful. Very good location: not only central but there are several convenience stores and coffee shops around it. The room was very clean and if you are planning to cook your own food, the kitchen has everything you need. The wardrobe in my room was more than enough for two people. The bed was comfy and the balcony had a good city view. The bathroom was large enough and comes with good amenities. It has a TV and the Internet connection was good. I never used it but it also offers a study in the patio; spacious and clean. The staff is very good, always positive and eager to help you with anything. So, a big thank you to the staff. Definitely recommended!

My experience was really good! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable. I loved the convenient location close to major attractions, drugstores, restaurants, banks, etc.

The experience at this hotel was disappointing. According to their description, check-in was supposed to be at 3 p.m., but then they told us it was only available between 5 and 6 p.m. We arrived at 5:40 p.m. and still had to wait because no rooms were ready. The hallways were cluttered with cleaning carts and plastic gallons filled with liquid, which made the place feel disorganized. The rooms were decent and well-equipped, but surprisingly, there was no coffee machine. On top of that, the smoke detector kept beeping all night, making it impossible to get a good rest. The next morning, the staff was unwilling to address the issue. The refrigerator didn’t work properly either, as it wouldn’t freeze anything. It’s a shame because there are still signs that this used to be a Sonder. In my experience, Sonder always provided a comfortable and hassle-free stay. However, under this new management, it seems like they are not ready to handle reservations
