Cristal Amaken Hotel

It is a classy place, and I enjoyed the ambiance, particularly in the restaurant. I only go there for food trips, specifically for the buffet breakfast and lunch offered. I appreciate the resataurant crews, Mr. Charlie and Norman for being always welcoming and approachable at the dining hall.

The hotel is overrated and over priced. The furniture and bedding is good and clean though. Everything here is with extra charges. Swimming pool, gym, swana... All have additional high prices. You have to choose this hotel because it's inside industrial area and almost all visitors come for official work in industrial area. Staff will hardly understand English. They give 2 bottles of water everyday and for that even you have to request. Sometimes calls are not picked at reception and if picked, your request goes without action. Internet service is slow. Breakfast is average with lots of useless items.

Good luck getting what you order on room service every day is different. They don't know how to read there own menu and I order the same thing most nights and price changes depending on who takes your order. One night I had to go down and order room service because no one was picking the phone up. Went to get coffee from there 24 hour Starbucks and know one there staff just ignored me. Want to use hot tub or sauna good luck there not turn on or even filled up. Got to turn them on your self and wait
