Very good and beautiful hotel, the employees are very helpful and professional, also educated , nice ,speak different languages, I really like them.the food is very good.i really recommended this place and definitely will be back again. Super nice and if I am the owner of this place i would increase their salaries ,they really deserve a lot. Thanks a lot for your services. Love it .
The hotel was overall very good. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I paid $131 for one night. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to check out the swimming pool. Most of the experience felt luxurious — except for the open buffet breakfast. It was disappointing, with low-quality options that felt more like something from a 2- or 3-star hotel. At $10 per person, it wasn’t worth the price. I hope they improve the breakfast to match the standard of the rest of the hotel.
Cristal Erbil Hotel has friendly staff and is clean, but that’s where the positives end. Parking is limited, rooms are small, and toiletries are very poor — no dental kit, slippers, or cotton buds. My “garden view” was just a wall or another building. The location is far from city activities. Overall, not more than a 3-star experience.
