Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi

We would love coming back to this Property. Staff at Reception are courteous and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and well decorated. We loved the food at their 18th floor restaurant, whether it was dinner, breakfast or Lunch. Tasty, sumptuous and spread was good. The Chef and Staff were very understanding. Ms. Nina was helpful in my wife getting her preferences. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

Visited for one night, reception was friendly and the cafe downstairs was well priced and served a good coffee. I had dinner in the restaurant in the 18th floor and the facilities and food options were excellent. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Abu Dhabi as it’s good value and near a lot of places.

We had to stay there since Etihad missed the connection flight. The hotel is about 40 minutes away from the airport so we were wondering why they put us in the city center. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are spacious. One of the receptionists made the stay and the hotel worth remembering - very unfortunately not in a good way. When we checked out I kindly ask whether it is possible to get a cup of coffee. First no answer only a depreciative gesture with his hand. When asked again only a rude answer and the clear notice that we should go. Fortunately the concierge stepped in and found the right words. Really appreciated it! For the receptionist I warmly recommend a professional career without any guest relations.
