I stay at this hotel with groups that want to visit the locations around Andria. It is also well situated in the centre of Andrea and a short walk away from the very lively area full of bars and restaurants. We always found this hotel to be a great place to use as a base. Staff are always helpful and act to our needs in a prompt manner. Highly recommended!!
I recommend this hotel. Everything ok with the staff helping all the time. Kitchen, restaurant, reception and rooms well organized.
Crystal palace is a simple yet clean and comfortable hotel. The service however was excellent, all of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. A special mention to Graziana who helped us a lot when we were having a hard time with transportation. Thank you Graziana.
