Cristal Palace Hotel

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are nice, and we loved the bath robes, slippers, and flip flops provided in the room. The spa is also really nice, but be aware that you need to book spa time beforehand. It was not a problem for us, but I imagine it might be difficult to get spa time in the winter peak season. The buffet breakfast was nice, but it was sometimes hard to get in touch with the waiters to order coffees. Also, we were always allocated a table far from the windows, which was a little annoying as we were staying for six nights.

The staff and service at this hotel are incredible. Everyone is so helpful, welcoming and efficient. The shuttle service is a great perk, and so speedy. Anytime you call they are there within 5 minutes. The location is super close to 3 main lifts, you can easily walk to Pradalago Express in 5 mins if you didn’t want to take the shuttle. It’s also an easy 10 min walk to the centre of town. The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful. The spa is lovely and the common spaces are very cosy - perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The perfect Alpine aesthetic! We will be back for sure.

Had an amazing time at the Cristal Palace. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were also great to communicate in English. Our server would remember our coffee order and bring it to us without asking. Definitely recommend opting in to the continental breakfast, it was very convenient before starting a long day of skiing. The shuttle service was wonderful and brought us promptly to the ski lifts and were quick for pick up. The spa was terrific as well, it was an amazing stay and I highly recommend these accommodations!
