Truly a wonderful experience. Rooms are spacious and clean, service is wonderful, and the lagoon is 😍😍😍😍. Just a heads up that you may have to walk up/down stairs to access your room, for anyone who tends to overpack like myself. Food in the restaurant is good. As someone who loves local cuisine, it would have been awesome to have access to more local foods - cochinita, salbutes, comidas yucatecas, but food is definitely enjoyable. And the hotel is located on a street with access to other restaurants and mini market walking distance. Will totally be returning ❤️
What an experience. The property is nestled perfectly on the lagoon where all tours love to show guests. You get to wake up everyday in paradise. Property is well maintained and the meals at the restaurant is well curated for all pallets. Highly recommended
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding! the staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We will definitely be coming back!
