The hotel is excellent, but the breakfast needs improvement. The temporary dining area on the 3rd floor lacks variety and service is slow. We also experienced loud noise from the extensive maintenance work throughout the hotel, which was audible in our room during working hours. A special thank you to Mr. Jahid for his excellent support during our stay. We hope these temporary issues are resolved soon.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel on [2/Aug 2025]. It has come to my attention that certain staff members have been applying additional charges or offering services based on guests' appearance, which I find deeply discriminatory and unprofessional. I witnessed your staff provide poor service based on the quests' look. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. A hotel should provide equal and respectful treatment to all guests, regardless of their appearance, race, or background.

Rude service staff but was gladly resolved and also super slow email replies regarding refunding my deposit. FYI: The person that helped me was Eileen, she’s good. Love the attitude and ability to solve my issue even now she’s helping me with the deposit aside from the rude service on that day. Wish you everlasting success Eileen!
