Absolutely Amazing Stay – 5 Stars! I had an incredible experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service was top-notch. The bell person was warm and welcoming, the receptionist was efficient and friendly, and every interaction I had with the staff whether in the restaurant, room service, or housekeeping was consistently excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. The entire hotel was spotless, quiet, and in fantastic condition. It’s the perfect place for both friends and families peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I truly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. I can confidently say I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommended!

We rented a one bedroom condo and it was excellent. The bed, bedding, and pillows were perfectly comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job, the condo was sparkling clean every time. The staff was efficient and friendly. We stayed six days and the food options, while very good, started to seem limited. The food was mostly delicious but it was a bit inconsistent with something great one day and the next day (there were 4 people in our group) different in size and composition. Overall it was a fun trip. Costa Rica is beautiful.

The rooms are nice and well kept. You can also get the ocean view if you pay extra for it. The rest of amenities especially food are bad and extremely expensive - not worth the value of what you pay for. Expect to pay $10 for a tiny hard waffle with m&m on top. $10 for one bite of fruit, they call it a plate of fruit but it is half baby banana sliced in two and a tiny tiny piece of papaya and pineapple. The prices are outrageous compared to what they provide. Dinner was so bad, very small portion and expensive for nothing. Unauthorized surprise charges at checkout: Be very careful to check your bill and ask for itemized receipt when you checkout. They sneak in charges you did not authorize. We were charged extras tips we did not authorize on the top of mandatory tip plus the one we generously gave of our own will, they added extra big tip to our bill. We asked them about it - and oh boy, they had to call managers one after another delaying us for extra 30 min for the charges which we did not authorize. No apology was given to us in the end.
