Cron Palace Tbilisi Hotel

Excellent Hotel. Superior on every level. The staff are very warm, friendly, welcoming, and sincere. They give top quality service. Food was absolutely excellent. Beautiful luxurious rooms. Great central location. A++++ We hope to come back soon!!!

Great and helpful staff, pcr tester was brought to hotel which was so convenient, front side hotel rooms r very noisy due to street noise so take a room in the back. There were noisy guests slamming doors all night and yelling in the hallway, the staff should have cameras there or a patrolman because it was a problem. Rooms r average and comfortable. Breakfast is descent . There is an indoor pool. This hotel attracts many Israeli people and has a kosher restaurant. Location is not walkable to anywhere at all because the hotel is basically near ministry buildings only. On thr upside there is ample.parkong.

Terrible place! very dirty. rooms are small and old. TV was broken. The shower is not clean. The toilet smells of urine. Basslen dirty with muddy water. From the window there is a view of a row of dirty houses. The noise of a huge air conditioner can be heard. Breakfast was normal: pizza and khachapuri tasty. Lady on reception was not kind, but she help with some questions.
