Cronton Design Hotel

I stayed at this hotel for almost 5 nights and it was an amazing choice! I truly enjoyed my stay and found the room to be very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Valeria, who went above and beyond to assist us with our reservation. The housekeeping was excellent; the room was cleaned daily and all used items were restocked regularly. The hotel also features a very elegant restaurant on the ground floor, which added to the overall experience. The location is perfect right in the heart of a shopping area and very close to everything, including the metro, restaurants, and more. I can’t wait to come back again!

We had the most amazing experience at Cronton Design Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming - a special thank you to Valeria at reception, the lovely porter who carried our luggage and greeted us every morning, and the wonderful housekeeping team who did an excellent job in cleaning our room. The hotel smells divine - every time we walked in, we were greeted by the most calming, clean fragrance. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a peaceful little retreat in the heart of the city. The location is absolutely perfect - it’s super close to all the main attractions and literally a stone’s throw from the Spice Bazaar, which made exploring Istanbul so easy and enjoyable. The rooftop is an absolute highlight - the views over the Bosphorus are breathtaking and the atmosphere is so peaceful. We had some delicious cocktails while watching the sunset. We had such a special stay and completely understand why this hotel is rated as one of the best in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Valeria at reception, who was incredibly friendly and shared plenty of helpful tips about the surrounding area. The porter was also extremely attentive, and we truly felt well looked after by the whole team throughout our stay. Our room was fantastic; spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and filled with a lovely fresh scent. The bed was super comfortable, and the attention to detail made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. The rooftop terrace restaurant serves great cocktails and offers a stunning view over the Galata area. The hotel itself is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from both the Spice Bazaar and Mahmutpasha Bazaar and around 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back on our next visit!
