It's our first time at this hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, cleaned daily ( we were family of 4 ) . Great activities for the children, even some kind of daycare center from 10 till 17:00. Minibar is free, refill every day, sauna, indoor pool, gym and other amenities were included in the all inclusive package. Enough sun beds on the beach, which is very clean. The food is ok, but they can offer more varieties, because is often the same dishes one day apart. All in all, great for families with children, we recommend!

We vacationed here 5 years in a row before the corona and during that time we were very satisfied. Now, after some time, we decided to come back again and stayed in the hotel for 14 days. The location of the hotel is great, the beach is really spacious and big, the sea is mostly clean and very warm. Unlike hotels that improve their hotel as time goes by, this one is on the contrary. The sunbeds on the beach are horrible to say the least and not at all up to the standard of a five star hotel, orange, rickety really below par. Back then, when we were on vacation, the deckchairs were solid brown and completely classy. Instead of being an improvement, the hotel installed these deckchairs. As for the friendliness of the staff at the reception desk, they are mostly friendly and always ready to help, all praise for them and also for the bartenders and waiters. The mini bar that is filled every day, we waited a couple of times for it to be refilled until 10 in the evening and were forced to buy water. When we entered our room, we found a broken toilet seat broken in half. As for cleanliness, the hotel is generally clean, the rooms are also clean, but the big minus is that they don't wipe the dust! There was also a lot of noise at night from the teenagers who were staying at the hotel, one night they even knocked on our door twice and then ran away. Likewise, there was a constant noise above us, as if they were moving all the furniture in the room. The hotel is created for children with families and small children, there are many activities for children: swimming pools, splash park, animators with daily activities, devices for playing and catching those small stuffed toys. The food in the hotel is varied and I think that everyone can find a dish that they like, we particularly liked the Greek cuisine, gyros, souvlaki, pita bread... We would recommend the hotel to renovate the rooms and reception because they look identical to 10 years ago, the villas too. And I forgot to add that even though there is a sign on the beach that it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds and that if they don't follow the rule they will pick up their reservation things and still people are booking and the hotel is not responding at all, they should put a man on duty. All in all, it's a good hotel for a family with small children, it's worth it for this money and it's not worth it, although when you look at it, I don't even know if you could find an all-inclusive hotel for this money elsewhere. Conclusion: renovation is needed and the hotel staff needs to be better organized and serious.

This was our second time at the hotel, and I am very disappointed. The hotel was full of children on sports excursions with their coaches – something that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. We did not come to a training camp, but to a hotel that advertises itself as a five-star resort. Since it is a family-oriented hotel, I expected peace and relaxation. Instead, we couldn’t sleep at night due to the noise, and there was no quiet during the day either. I came to enjoy some calm, a cup of coffee, and a sea view – but instead, I was surrounded by the sound of whistles and had to weave through kids having training sessions in the middle of the resort. Completely unacceptable – I came here for a vacation. The elevators and the restaurant were overcrowded, which made the entire experience extremely stressful. It honestly felt like the hotel had been turned into a camp, and this should have been clearly stated when booking. To make matters worse, my child drinks a specific type of milk that we brought with us, as it’s not available in Greece. I left two unopened cartons in the room, and they were thrown away. This caused a serious problem for us. We filed a complaint and received a small token in the form of some fruit and milk, which unfortunately didn’t help at all. Additionally, the hotel doctor was not up to standard. We had to wait half an hour just to get a basic prescription for our child. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because having a doctor on-site made us feel more secure, especially traveling with two babies. But sadly, there was no professionalism. All in all, we were satisfied during our stay two years ago – which is why we decided to return. The hotel concept is nice, there’s plenty of greenery, the food is good, the beach and pools are lovely, and it’s well adapted for families with children. But some things are simply unacceptable. This was not a vacation.
