Cross Hotel Osaka

Amazing location for exploring central Osaka. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean rooms and breakfast was delicious catering for all tastes. Four stars given for the room as is was rather cramped for three (family room) and lacked a bedside table. However, I would stay there again

Great location and friendly staff, but a few things could be improved. The WiFi was spotty—when it worked, it was fast, but it dropped out frequently, which was frustrating. The policy requiring room cleaning only after 4 days felt unusual. The lobby could use more comfortable seating, especially for guests waiting on their rooms. Not being allowed to eat or drink in the lounge didn’t feel guest-friendly. The in-room AC/heater was loud, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The elevator system was also frustrating and slow. With a few updates, this place could be much more comfortable.

If you are staying in Osaka as a "westerner" like myself .. I'd highly recommend this hotel. It is in the perfect location to explore Osaka. The rooms are sizable, clean, and air-conditioned. The one thing I would take a point away is their showers. I wish they had just an overhead spray over the bathtub instead of to the side. Plus the spray does not have a tilt down mechanism so it sprays outward (straight). Anyway, this is a very small nitpick on my part. I would definitely stay here again!
