A Perfect Stay with a View – I Wish I Could Stay Longer! I stayed at Cross Hotel Sapporo and absolutely loved it. The view of the Sapporo TV Tower at night was amazing, especially while relaxing in the massage chair in the room — such a nice touch! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also a highlight — everything was fresh and delicious. One night definitely wasn’t enough. Next time, I’ll be sure to stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo! Thank you for all your support.
Great location, excellent facilities, and attentive service. What truly won my heart was the in-room coffee setup—complete with a hand grinder and pour-over kit—perfectly paired with a beautiful view of the TV Tower. A quiet, thoughtful touch that made my stay especially memorable.
Overall is a great place to stay, staff are polite , can understand simple English, got free public spring on the top floor, got free self service lounge but depend on your room type. The bad thing for me that no washing machine for self laundry but they do have laundry, so for long stay in Hokkaido, better to stay in hotel with self laundry. Short stay will be fine. Given 4 stars becos of the laundry, personal comment, doesn’t mean the hotel is not good. The place is clean and 7-11 and family mart nearby. Direct view of the Sapporo Tower.
