Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

Excellent service, rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Pool absolutely beautiful. The staff are beautiful. I booked a hot stone massage but they said it wasn't available, ended up having a normal massage but in my room. It looks like they have a day spa near reception , but apparently not. Ended up having my hot stone massage around the corner from Hotel, so no big deal . Would definately come back to this resort again. Location was great too! 🙂

This is a nice hotel with a great location, spacious rooms and made for a comfortable stay. Pros: the rooftop bar was amazing, breakfast was always delicious with the pancakes being the best, locations is awesome and an easy walk to food and shopping options. The pool was lovely with suitable lounging options and under 15 minutes walk to the beach. Cons: the sewage situation needs to be rectified and stunk up the reception area badly, the check-in service was rubbish with no apology from the staff, the air-conditioning leaked in one of our rooms, the water stopped running in a couple of the rooms then came back brown later in the day, the reception staff were not very helpful, the gym was not okay( looked under renovation with aspects closed off), and some other minor inconveniences. Overall, okay but would not stay again.

I’m currently staying at Cross Paasha Seminyak and while there are definitely some positives, it was disappointing as it doesn’t live up to its 5-star rating — more like a 3.5 to 4-star experience, especially for someone who regularly stays at luxury resorts. Pros: - The location is excellent — close to everything you need. - The 24-hour front desk and assistance is convenient and appreciated. - Staff are genuinely lovely, friendly, and helpful. - The pool facilities are quite nice and well-maintained. - Breakfast is nice, and food standard is hygienic and clean - large rooms and comfortable bed Cons: - The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was disappointing. The shower looked unclean and in need of a deep scrub (or a lot of bleach). - There aren’t enough day beds by the pool. Often, they’re all taken early in the day, so you have to get in quickly to secure one. There’s also no real vibe at the pool — no music or atmosphere. - There is some sewerage issue around the reception/outdoor area, which made it quite unpleasant and stinky Overall, it has potential and the staff do their best, but the standards fall short of what you’d expect from a true 5-star hotel. A few improvements in cleanliness, poolside experience, and maintenance would go a long way.
