Crossroads Hotel

Gorgeous hotel. Rooms were beautifully designed and perfectly clean. The hotel was busy but the rooms were quiet. Lively bar downstairs and lots to do in the area. Chloe helped my husband plan a cute surprise for my birthday and had great restaurant recommendations for him (a real girls girl!) and Stephanie helped us when we somehow managed to get ourselves in a MASSIVE pickle with booking. We will absolutely be back!

I love the Crossroads Hotel. The atmosphere is magnegtic. From the art-filled halls to the rooftop views, every detail feels intentional and inspiring. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s where creativity, culture, and comfort intersect perfectly. Every visit feels like a return to something familiar, yet I meet new friends every visit. + Percheron Rooftop Lounge / Restaurant + entry level bar, kitchen, & dining.

I have stayed here several times now on business, and I would like to applaud all of the staff here for their exemplary customer service. I have never been made to feel more at home by a hotel before, with Stephanie, Kelly and the rest of the team going the extra mile to make my stay a pleasant one after a particularly bad day of travel. The rooms are beautiful, amenities are fantastic and the valet parking is efficient and prompt. Thank you again and I look forward to my next stay!
