Crown Hotel St. Petersburg

The hotel is nice and the rooms are good, though a bit small. However, they are clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 7 minute walk from the train station and directly across from a large shopping mall. We explored many nearby attractions, like the boat tours, without needing a taxi. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service from Igor. He was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with booking and providing information about activities in St. Petersburg. We can't thank him enough for his dedication and effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We had a pleasant stay. The receptionist Alexander was very helpful and nice to help out with the reservation to meet our needs. The breakfast was excellent and the workers in restaurant tried their best to meet our needs in food as a Muslims. I would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.

The hotel is located in a good spot in the city near the famous streets and close to the train station. The hotel is clean and the receptionists are attentive. But there are some drawbacks that can be summarized as follows: 1. The rooms are small although I had booked a suit and. a twin room .. very tiny place for an extra bed. 2. The mattress was uncomfortable. 3. Very limited Halal breakfast options. 4. Are condition was bad and not cooling the room. I asked the hotel management to fix it, but they replied that all rooms air conditioning are the same. 5. The decoration and the furniture are all outdated.. especially the big chandelier above the bed!! 6. Bad smell of towels!! 7. Rusty taste of the bathroom water!! 8. There is no concierge!! , I would say the hotel is overprice.
