I read the review and thought to myself, this could be something. When we arrived at the hotel everything went well, check-in was quick. Knowledge of English was available. Then up to the room, very large, nice bathroom, all in all you can feel comfortable. The subway is close by if you want to go to Suzhou, and opposite is a mall with many restaurants and shops. I also found breakfast good and plentiful. Can't complain.
