Crown Metropol Perth

Crown has it all, beautiful rooms with amazing views, multiple restaurants for whatever you may fancy, bars everywhere, gambling machines and tables, just to name a few. The staff are so professional but friendly at the same time. There is a great level of service, they go above and beyond for you. The security there also brings a great sense of safety. The bar staff have great attention to details, very personalised experience. IF any issues arise, the staff sort it promptly and it's overall a great experience. It's a great place to relax or party all night. All my experiences at crown have been wonderful. This is my go to anytime I want break from reality.

Loved our night there. Amazing room on the top floor with amazing views. Bed was superb comfy, unfortunately we didn't make use of the bath. Just a shame that you spend so much money there, and you don't even get a bottle of water.

Rapidly falling standards. Crown used to be luxury; excellent service, impeccable rooms. Our most recent stay was anything but. First, line for check in was absolutely horrendous (over 30 minutes standing in line) once we had paid; I was told (while holding two overwhelmed young children) oh 10 minutes please. I asked what the issue was and he said “no rooms available” after taking over $500 payment I didn’t understand why I didn’t have a room at 3:30pm. After I expressed my frustration a room became available. The room was run down, marks on the wash cloths, mould in the shower, no complimentary waters, mini bars pricelist didn’t reflect what was in the room so hopefully there’s no surprise charges. The next morning on check out we asked for our car that had been valet parked. We waited 20 minutes in the cold with two young kids, after being told 3 minutes wait. I was absolutely fed up and asked to speak to management and the clerk couldn’t (or wouldn’t) call on his manager. Last stay we’ll have here.
