The staff here are extremely helpful polite. They provide the very best service they can. My room was big enough clean enough however the decor is tatty. The bathroom is barely adequate. There is no shower enclosure. The shower directly sprays onto the toilet. The ceiling tiles were dirty. Some wall tiles had been replaced with different kind so overall the bathroom looks terrible. It was mostly clean. There were a few small cockroaches and I think that overall that's a sign of poor maintenance in general. The staff do the best they can with what they have but the hotel rooms in general needs a smarter appearance.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Stay Away! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it is my duty to warn others. Crown Palace Hotel and Suites in Ajman is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. If you care even a little about your money, time, or sanity – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Where do I even begin? Reception and Staff: Incredibly slow, rude, and absolutely unprofessional. It took over 40 minutes just to check in, and the staff acted like they were doing us a favor. No smile, no greeting – just pure attitude. Rooms: Disgusting. The room smelled terrible, like mold and cigarettes. The furniture was broken, the bedsheets were dirty and stained, and the AC barely worked. The bathroom was in a horrific condition – rust, hair, and filth everywhere. Service: What service? Every request (like towels or water) took hours to respond to, if at all. Housekeeping came once in 3 days, and that too after repeated calls. It felt like they were intentionally ignoring us. Cleanliness: Zero hygiene. The corridors smelled like garbage. I even saw cockroaches in the lobby. It’s not just dirty – it’s a health hazard. Wi-Fi: Don’t even expect it to work. Slow, unstable, and completely useless for anything beyond opening Google – if you’re lucky. Overall Experience: It felt like staying in a neglected, haunted building rather than a “hotel.” There is nothing good about this place. It’s overpriced for the level of service you get. Honestly, you’re better off sleeping in your car. I repeat: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME here. I regret every second I spent in this place.

This is to express my deep disappointment to spoil my weekend stay in this property. The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition and clearly in need of complete refurbishment. The floor was poorly maintained, and the shower lacked a proper enclosure or curtain, causing water to splash across the entire bathroom. The fittings were either malfunctioning or severely worn out, there was no ventilation, and the bathroom was infested with insects—making it extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. In addition, only one shower towel was provided for two guests, with no hand towels at all. When I requested additional towels, I was told that special permission was required. Despite raising my concerns, room service declined to provide the necessary items, which falls well below acceptable hospitality standards. Beyond the bathroom, the room itself was in poor condition. There were small insects present throughout, the side lamps were not functioning, a persistent smell of smoke came through the ventilation system, and the windows appeared not to have been cleaned in a long time.
