Crown Paradise Club All Inclusive Resort

We had a wonderful time at Crown paradise. When we had issues with our suite, we were upgraded to a very roomy, beautiful family suite. We were accommodated at the Italian restaurant in our last night when we couldn't make a reservation. The shows were entertaining and fun to watch! The staff and locals were friendly. We will visit again. Thank you!!

The staff and the show performances have been great. Visiting with our two little kids. While we are one of the only English speaking families at the resort, we do not feel out of place. We figure it’s a good sign if we are going where the locals are! The line for the Palapa is long at peak times but the staff try their best to get everyone in quickly. And that is appreciated! Only a 10 min drive from Malacon is nice as well.

Edit my review after the stay: I would like to give a shout-out to the staff here. Everyone was very nice, especially the restaurant servers who went above and beyond—we were truly grateful for their service. Overall, I think this resort is a good budget option for local travelers who are looking for comfort and convenience. However, for destination travelers who are coming from farther away, it may not feel as worthwhile. There aren’t many unique experiences that would justify a long trip. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This resort is too overrated.. We booked our vacation through Air Canada, and it’s only the second day, yet I’m already very disappointed. The resort is extremely dated, with concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The restaurants are also difficult to book — reservations open at 9 a.m. sharp, and if you miss that window, you’re left with only the buffet, which is always crowded and not very good. Very minimal activities to do here. Unlike what I was planning to enjoy the trip. I expected an all-inclusive resort to be hassle-free and relaxing, but instead I feel stressed and frustrated. The pool is fun for kids but poorly maintained and dirty. The beach is decent, but there are many random vendors approaching guests( they are not aggressive but is still unpleasant) This resort seems to serve mostly to local residents, very minimum foreign visitors(almost none). Although it’s rated as a 4-stars, it feels far below that. If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation destination, I would NOT recommend Crown Paradise — anywhere else would be better.
