Crown Plaza Mazatlan Bel Air Collection

We had the pleasure to stay for two weeks. Our stay was amazing! The location is great. The beach is gorgeous. The staff are among the best. They are so wonderful and always happy to help and always greet you with a smile. You will love Efrain who serves you at the pool.he was very attentive and happy to bring you whatever you like from the bar or restaurant. You need to treat yourself to the bacon wrapped shrimp from the restaurant. Delicious! But whatever you decide to order, you will be very satisfied. A short bus ride to the Golden Zone or a ride ina pulmonia, "I hope the spelling is close" for $150 pesos is a fun way to travel as well. All and all, we intend to return. Looking forward to meeting all the friends we made.

There is no jacuzzi, windows in room area screwed in we could not open them to hear the ocean, we had 4 mini suits and one of them had plumbing issues from day one. The elevators are very small and get stuck- scary. The staff was nice but we could not even get an extra 30min for check-out after all the little inconveniences. Would not consider this a resort but a cheap place to stay.

The hotel is nice but they are worse than sleezy car sales men corner you into joining a vacation club. I came on vacation not here to spend over 20k on some scam vacation package! So they offer you a free breakfast don’t take it that’s were it’s starts then bring you to this little room and basically pressure you into buying the scam vacation package even after o said it wasn’t within my budget they still kept pressuring me so I gave them 1000 pesos with a promise to pay when I got home it was just to get them off my back !! Now they keep beating around the bush to give me my money back!! Place is nice but really annoying how they are trying to sale you that vacation package you didn’t even ask for!! Don’t stay here!!
