Great location with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped. As some people have mentioned, there were not many tea bags and instant coffee, but that did not bother us. We requested extra tea bags and milk, and they were delivered to the room in minutes. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. There are also plenty of parking options available — valet, paid, or free. Room service was quick and had something for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Pros: Great location, everything you need is close by. The room was very spacious and full of natural light. There was a good variety of items in the minibar, along with complimentary coffee and tea. Cons: I was disappointed with the front desk service — to put it mildly, it was below average. The woman who checked us in looked and acted like she hated her job. She just handed us the key without any information, while at the next desk I could hear a man warmly explaining all the hotel facilities and upcoming events to other guests. It was also hard to sleep due to noise and aircon not working properly (it was really hot at night) I could hear doors slamming in the hallway all night, which woke me up several times. Better soundproofing would make a big difference.

This was not a great stay. The air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to be working properly so we were very hot and it made sleeping difficult. The TV in the room wasn’t working either. The coffee/tea facilities weren’t replenished daily and the toilet was broken. We tried to order room service but for some reason they couldn’t take our order and said they’d call back. They didn’t. We had to call again. Granted, the food was lovely though. The Crown venue is great but our stay at The Promenade was pretty disappointing.
