Crown Regency Hotel and Towers Cebu City

No hot water at 4am. They claimed it was a planned outage! This room had no toilet paper. No body wash. The toilet didn’t work. The maintenance came in my room and stomped all over the bath mat with their dirty shoes. Cleaning out toilet parts in my sink. This place is disgusting. I have called the front desk many times.. they make everything so difficult here Even the parking garage was not clearly marked. Hard to find place. You would think they would make it easy to play in their casino.

I wish i had checked the google reviews before booking and i intend to write this review to caution others who are keen on booking their stay here. My husband and I booked this hotel in a daze after getting off our flight at 5am based on the promising images on trip.com of the hotel. We requested for early check in with extra charge of 1500 pesos into room 2411. Besides the eerie and rundown amenities, the room was acceptable. However there was more hot water. We later got transferred to a different room 3412. This time there was no hot water, the flush does not work and so does the bidet. I requested for a refund from trip but the hotel insisted they could provide hot water- sending buckets of hot water based on our needs. The engineer came twice to work on the flush. At night, the loud music from surrounding club was extremely disruptive even from 34th floor. The corridor is very dusty and the outdoor pool is closed. Breakfast spread is a waste of money. Despite it all, the hotel location is superb. Nearby malls and fast food like jollibee and McDonalds.

Wasn’t impressed with the service and they seem to like mocking their guest rather than welcome or even assist their guest… Didn’t like the arrival experience so glad we had to cancel our booking. They did helped us to cancel the booking because of some plumbing issue, but quite disappointing with the attitude of the staff there. They could do better. First impression wasn’t the greatest.
