Had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Crown Rose Hotel during Eid Holidays. Hotel located at a very accessible location. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good amenities such as rooftop swimming pool and gym. Very highly recommended.
The good things: Cleanless Friendly receptionist Good house keeping Good value of money The unpleasant thing: Hotel location within construction area suitable for guests want to enjoy the hotel facilities itself regardless the area surrounding the hotel
It's a 2 stars hotel. Plain and simple. You pay this 550sar a night to have a small and dirty room. Stains everywhere, tapestry has gone off everywhere, outdated equipment specifically the gym that has never been cleaned for the last 2 months and that is just under a dome of glass, clever idea during the summer, jacuzzi out of order, we booked for 3 people but we have 1 or 2 towels available in the room, we constantly needs to call the reception to get some missing toilet paper, towel for the floor in the bathroom... A lot of things are broken, and it seems the politics of the management is not to change broken or scarred things/equipment. I do not recommend this hotel
