Most gorgeous hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The rooms are stunning and the bathroom is just incredible. The view was perfect and service was great, and the lobby was just stunning. Genuinely will never stay at any other hotel again lol. Like $300 per night for the prettiest room I’ve ever been in? UGH!! And even the workers are amaze too like everyone I talked with was awesome 💗
First time at Crown Towers in Melbourne Location - In the heart of Melbourne city. Fantastic location accessible to various restaurants and bars Parking - Still a little confused on whether they do offer free parking as one staff member did say they do offer 1 day for free and the other staff member, on a different day said that they don’t offer free parking at all. Worth rechecking this information! Apart from that the Multi level car park is a lot cheaper but be mindful that there is a 10 min walk from the lobby to the car park and you need to walk through the food court and restaurants to get there. Room - lovely, very specious room ! We were lucky to have a great view of the city. We stayed for two nights. Very clean and up to date rooms with essential ammenities Staff - very lovely to speak to, approachable and professional. Checking and checkout was a smooth experience. Price - Friday cheap, Saturday expensive Would recommend for a winter stay. They have a very specious pool and a huge gym ! Clean & updated. Lifeguards by the pool and decent openings hours of the pools and gym. Had a wonderful weekend. Will be back !
The hotel is fabulous, clean and comfortable. The check in process is horrendous. Three of the four ladies who were checking clients in to the hotel were obviously told to chat with the children of the people whom they were checking in. This may be lovely when it is not busy, however when the line waiting was twenty plus people this is not appropriate for good customer relations. Thank goodness Sandy had the good sense to be polite but efficient in her process of checking in which was very appreciated by all who were in the line. Thank you Sandy.
