My go-to for self-care! Whether it's a sneaky night away or a weekend retreat, Crown Towers is my perfect escape. I've stayed here with family, kids, friends for events, or just solo to unwind - it works for every occasion. What I love most is that you truly don't need to leave the Crown complex. The food options are fantastic, the gym is excellent, and there's something for every mood - high tea when I want to feel fancy, lounging by the pool when I need to decompress, or treating myself to the spa for ultimate relaxation. It's that touch of luxury that makes all the difference. Crown Towers consistently delivers an experience that feels special without being overly fussy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a little indulgence to their routine!

I believe Crown Towers Perth have no idea what customer service actually means. I booked a two night stay for August 16 and 17, and made the booking before 31 July in accordance with a special offer for 25% off the room rate for August and September 2025 stays. I fell very ill before our stay so rang to change the dates to the following weekend. Despite there being availability I was told I could not get the 25% off as that offer had finished, even though I booked the offer within the timeframe and it was valid for August and September stays. The difference was going to be $366!!! I was incredulous. How could they not just change the dates for someone who was ill and still offer the same discount when it was valid for August and September stays!!!!! I then asked if they could at least offer a free breakfast or dinner at the restaurant and was told no. So I cancelled. I then cancelled a High Tea booking I had made also for my stay and did so within the required time to not be charged a cancellation fee. Then I get charged $100 cancellation fee!!!! I have the text message to confirm the cancellation was made and I am still waiting for my money back. Incredibly poor customer service. I won't be booking there again.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Crown Towers. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the water from both the taps and the bath were yellow which made it impossible for us to shower during our stay. When I went down to the front desk to explain the issue, all I was offered was an extra hour until check-out. I was told that people were working on the hot water system, but at no point during check-in were we advised that this would be happening. For a hotel of this standard and price, I expected much better communication and service.
