The location is superb as it's located in the city central, close to train station, fabulous restaurants and food place. The rooms are wide and amazing, many parking lots also available. This is our second visit, and we love it still. The hotel has a very special jewelry that keeps us coming, which is the wonderful water park, sauna, hot & cold jacuzzi plunge, and the gym. It's recommended to stay in this hotel when you visit Tulungagung.
The best service ever! We accidentally left our jacket in the wardrobe and the staffs were very kind and shipped the jacket to us without asking for anything. We offered to pay but they refused. Gladly the jacket arrived before we flew back home to the US. Thank you again for your kindness! Great service, friendly staff, and the pools are 10/10. Like a water park inside of a hotel. You should definitely spend a night or two here! Very recommended!
Best hotel in tulungagung. Soto ayam always good never disappointing. Hot and cold pool is the best thing after all duties. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice especially mba cicil always help me.
