Hotel is modern based, it has great aesthetic and the location has a lot of close attractions near. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is small but has a nice variety. My only complaint would go to how I was supposed to check in by noon-2pm however they kept on delaying it for some reason and I had to wait till 5pm just to finally get my room keys. All thanks Mr. Ahmed Al wakil for assisting us during the delay and expediting the situation as best as he could and always checked in on us to make sure our experience was perfect. Highly recommended this hotel to enjoy vacation days
I had the pleasure of staying at Mirage Hotel in Alexandria, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Osama welcomed me with such warmth and professionalism, and I really appreciated him choosing the perfect room for us, it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is gorgeous with stunning views of the city. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. A special shoutout to Menna, Revan, Ibram, and Abanoub, who were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They made sure all my needs were met and always greeted me with a smile. It’s clear that the team at Mirage Hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional service. I highly recommend Mirage Hotel to anyone visiting Alexandria. It's a true gem with a wonderful team that makes your stay even more special. Can’t wait to return!
This hotel is quite luxurious at a fair price for what they offer Their staff were attentive, precise and nice The room was excellent and exactly to my liking The view was pretty nice and let a plenty of sun to the room The room was super clean and all utilities were there including toothbrush and toothpaste The lobby was gorgeous and the garden was well maintained Beside that fact that room with breakfast was way more expensive than the one without it, it was a perfect stay. I would recommend and visit again
