Crowne Plaza Ankara by IHG

We had two wonderful stays at Crowne Plaza Ankara over the past month—one for 15 nights and another for 2 nights. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the rooms are modernly designed with eye-pleasing decor. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the wide variety of food options. The breakfast venue was beautifully chosen, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Both of our stays were relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel’s Public Relations Manager, Sara. She was exceptionally attentive to guests' needs, always charming and welcoming. In addition to Turkish, she speaks English and Farsi fluently, which was a great relief for guests like us who don’t speak Turkish. Her support made our stays smooth and memorable, and we sincerely thank her for that.

I have been very satisfied with this hotel. Service has been great from the receptionist to the guest relations manager Sara to servers including Emirhan … Rooms have very good sound isolation. We did not hear anyone or anything during our stay even though we were right next to the elevators.

I stayed for 4 days as a group. A nice hotel with full amenities provided. The rooms are clean and tidy. Bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. However, the view from the 5th floor is not nice at all. Their breakfast is nice and tasty. The main menus change every day. Their staff are very friendly and polite. Overall, it is recommended.
