Crowne Plaza Antwerpen by IHG

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was exceptional, clean, and spacious. The service was top-notch, and I felt incredibly well taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – it was definitely the highlight of my mornings! The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning architecture and interior design. The location is fantastic with great views, and it’s in a very convenient area that's easy to get to. While it’s primarily a business hotel, I stayed for leisure, and it was perfect for that as well. The infinity pool was a great feature, and we had a lot of fun there. The sauna and steam room were the perfect way to relax after a busy day. The bar was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s a fantastic choice for both business and leisure stays!

He consistently provides excellent service to all hotel guests, doing his best to ensure their comfort and enjoyment throughout their stay. He has a remarkable ability to remain calm and absorb any tension or frustration from guests. He always seeks solutions and handles every issue that comes his way with professionalism and care. We've had a great stay. The rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has a nice gym, more than just a treadmill. Free public parking in front of the hotel. Just perfect! Would definitely recommend.
