The grounds have an extensive and beautifully maintained canopy garden. The servers in the restaurant were attentive at breakfast, though we ventured out for evening meals. The conference area for the event we attended, Mystic South, was spacious, comfortable and inviting. One would not know that 700+ people were rotating among our assorted classes. The rooms as well as the public spaces were clean and well-tended. Temperatures in the public spaces were maintained at a comfortable level despite the raging heat outside. Recommended.

Everything about my experience here was PERFECT! My family stay here as a celebration and gathering for my brother’s wedding and we had a spectacular time! The rooms were clean to perfection, customer service was top tier but what really made our experience amazing was the FOOD! The servers (Jada and Tex) at the restaurant were so kind and professional. Everything on the breakfast bar was delicious and the food served during the rehearsal dinner was seasoned to perfection. Thank you for making this important day for my brother special and memorable

The bottom floor of the hotel is magnificent, it’s really is. You don’t see too many like these present day. I went here on business for the night and I was able to check in early. I had booked a room that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa, but the original room the put me in had a regular sofa that didn’t pull out. I texted the front desk and Tyler got to work on it expeditiously and was able to switch me to a room that had an actual sofa bed. My only gripe is the room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, but I didn’t notice it after being in there for about a half hour and as beautiful and modern as the hotel is, the rooms need a bit of updating. I feel like maybe the furniture choice or color is what ages it - not sure though. Valet was incredibly kind and remembered my name when I came downstairs, maybe it was the system that told him when I call for my car, though. The area is perfect, food everywhere and just the right amount of stores and traffic surrounding you. All in all, would definitely stay there again based on service alone.
