Nicely located hotel. Clean, cozy. Rooms are comfy and enoughly wide. Amenities are good. Everything is around you in the neighborhood, walking distance from pubs, bars, restaurants and clubs, along with other services. Prices for food and drinks are fine, if you didn't opt for outside restaurants. They only issue is few reception staff, one person usually to handle the whole hotel (room calls, checking in and out, guests issues) so I really hope that they find a solution for this. Though, staff are super friendly and helpful, to their limited capacity. The pool is not deep (1.5 m at deepest) and kind of cool water. Gym is outside next door but so good, all machines are available. There's a sauna in the gym with different rooms for males and females.

I was genuinely shocked by the poor quality of service at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition — the mat had visible mold, the hose was leaking, and even after room service cleaned it, the bathroom remained dirty. To make matters worse, the room phone wasn’t working, making it difficult to communicate with staff. Despite reporting these issues to the staff, no action was taken throughout my stay. It’s extremely disappointing, especially when you expect a certain standard from a hotel.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and even let us check out late, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was a big disappointment. When we arrived, the cleanliness was terrible, the floor was dirty, and the moment my children walked barefoot their feet turned black. There were also small hairs on the floor. At night, we couldn’t sleep well because of a constant loud noise, like a motor running. I ended up wearing noise-cancelling headphones just to get some rest. For the price we paid, I expected much better cleanliness and comfort. Sadly, not worth the money.
