Loved everything about the hotel. The hotel was very modern and the room interior was perfect and gave such a cozy vibe. The staff across all departments, whoever we came across, were always super friendly and willing to lend a hand. The breakfast and a-la carte menu were great too. Will definitely choose this place if we are again in Birmingham

I booked a room at this hotel for my visiting mum and brother. Unfortunately the room configuration I had requested wasn't suitable for my mother who is in a wheelchair but Davidson was amazing and made no fuss by helping to let me review a few rooms to ensure it would be suitable. The rooms are quiet, well appointed and clean. The hotel is in a convenient location but not right where all the noise is. Well connected to New Street Station, would recommend.

Oh my gosh! After all our years of travelling as a family, this is the first hotel we’re genuinely excited to return to. For me, the mark of a good hotel is the breakfast and Crowne Plaza absolutely delivered. Think of any breakfast dish… not only do they have it, they offer varieties of it! Different kinds of bacon, every style of eggs you can think of, including boiled eggs (finally)! My daughter was over the moon to have boiled eggs again, we’d honestly stopped asking because most hotels act like we’re asking for gold when we request them. But the real moment? On day two, I spotted sparkling water at breakfast… and right then, I knew this hotel would be the reason I’ll never build generational wealth. 😂
