Beautiful location and hotel. Friendly staff. Big shoutout to Daviti & Nusa for an amazing check in welcome experience to the hotel. Staying here felt so comfortable and home. Restaurant food is great. Tasty meals made with love from chef. It can get warm in the rooms due to strong sun and humidity. Will have to keep the curtains closed to preserve the coolness. Rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend staying here 😇

Booked 4 days here. 2 days past and it is so dissapointing. This hotel totally ruined my vacation.Service does not correspond to price paid. AIR-CONDITIONING NOT working, and when it is 35C outside you suffer in a stuffy room. Had to change the room in the middle of the night on the very first day. Mind it - no excuses, no compliments from the hotel (that you would normally expect for inconvenience caused). It is cooler in the new room, however, it turned out air conditioning is ONLY operated centrally, so even when they fix it, you do not have control over your room temperature. Therefore most of the time even after it is fixed, the room is still like a Sahara desert, because they set it for high temp centrally. Furniture is all shabby - see pic of the bed rest in the room with the balcony, facing the river (more expensive than standard rooms). So you literally sleep with little pieces of faux leather torn from the bed head, spread all over you sheets. One under sink cabinet door fell down when we tried to open it. Water in the shower does not drain properly, and there is no proper separation on the floor between shower cabin and the rest of the WC room. So you'll have a puddle of water around your sinks after every shower. Today TV stopped working. All they said when we called the reception - "it is not our problem"(!?) However the location, the pool and the breakfast are very good.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as I expected. There was a significant delay in service — we waited for almost 30 minutes, and no one offered us a menu or checked on us. The overall service felt unprofessional and inattentive. However, I’d like to mention that one lady on the staff (I wish I remembered her name) kindly suggested the cheesecake for dessert, and I truly enjoyed it. Her gesture stood out in an otherwise disappointing visit
