We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown Plaza! When we checked in, Matej was super welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful! He shared valuable information about getting around the city and our day trip to Vienna! Andrea was super helpful in assisting us with information about buying train tickets for our trip to Krakow. It has truly been the staff here at the Crown Plaza that has made our stay wonderful!

Fabulous location, mins walk from ALL centre attractions, overlooking presidential house (15 mins from airport). Quiet family rooms. Very good breakfast. Wonderful friendly staff who go above and beyond. Young people's own key card is a cute touch and was very well received. Club lounge was a welcome addition on our early arrival. Thanks for a welcoming stay.
