Excellent hotel with wonderful service and staff. The location is only convenient if you need to be near the airport. Rooms are comfortable, and clean, amenities are generous, and breakfast is good and varied.
This hotel is close to airport! Wifi 24×7 . Walking distance to some supermarkets and some restaurants. Area is fantastic with small lakes and small park . Hotel has shuttle to airport also which can take you to metro station for city connectivity. Hotel room are quite good , amenities are great! I would like to appreciate MR . MAD the bartender who recommended lots of selection of beers and to pick authentic beers or drinks from brussels. Even mentioned food pairing with drinks. He was very patient and kind throughout! 5 star customer service I must say. 👍🏻 Thanks Crown plaza for having such incredible staff! Would like to visit soon..
Nice property but not much around. I stayed for 3 nights as rate of more than €200 per night but because it was booked through our company’s travel department I didn’t earn stats or credits.
