I stayed at Crowne Plaza Bucharest and had an amazing stay; my room was comfortable and luxurious (massive props to housekeeping), the food was delightful and all staff were friendly and welcoming. The highlights of my stay were the beautiful room and incredible spa facilities complete with a lovely pool, Turkish Hammam-style sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel is a little out of the way of the centre but very easy to get to. Fantastic hotel - faultless!
It was a really nice and fun stay. Receptionists were so nice and Georghe-Victor is a really funny and really nice Waiter! Definitely would like to visit again!
Rooms are ok, clean and functional. However, I ordered breakfast to the room the day before, since I had early meetings. However, breakfast was not delivered. After asking via phone, they gave me the answer that they were at the wrong door and forgot to send it again to the right room number. Unfortunately, 30min after the scheduled time, it was way too late to have breakfast and so I started the meeting cascade without any. I am very disappointed about the way the error was handled (wrong room number -> ok, however, not even notifying the guest). For a hotel of that price, this should not happen
