My recent stay at Crowne Plaza Bursa with my mom was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the hotel’s outstanding team and flawless service. A huge thank you to Mr. Gurhan at the front desk for his warm welcome, seamless check-in, and the generous gift that instantly made us feel special. Equally deserving of praise is Mr. Okan from Guest Relations, whose genuine kindness, attention to detail, and hospitality ensured we felt valued throughout our stay. The restaurant experience was elevated by Lalit Rawal, whose professionalism and care turned every meal into a delight. His attentiveness truly reflected the hotel’s high standards. I also want to applaud the reception, restaurant, lobby, and bellboy teams for their tireless efforts and warm smiles. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s blend of modern comfort and heartfelt service created an unforgettable experience. Crowne Plaza Bursa is a gem for anyone seeking luxury paired with genuine hospitality. Hotel Review – Bursa We recently stayed at this hotel in Bursa for our honeymoon, and it was a great experience overall. The location is excellent, with coffee shops, restaurants, transportation, and famous attractions all within close distance, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel gave us a warm welcome with a beautifully decorated room, a cake, and a fruit basket, which was a very nice touch and made our stay feel extra special. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. One area for improvement is room cleanliness. While it wasn’t a major issue, I believe the hotel could enhance its housekeeping standards to provide an even better experience for guests. Another great feature of the hotel is its amenities. You can enjoy time with your family, friends, or kids at the Thermal pool, as well as the lovely indoor swimming pool, which adds to the relaxation and fun. Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic location, great hospitality, and excellent facilities. I would definitely recommend it for couples, families, and friends looking for a comfortable stay in Bursa.

Of all the hotels in Bursa I have only booked Crowne Plaza because it has a nice outdoor pool. BUT IT IS CLOSED!! In the hot summer!! I was not informed about it in advance. If I knew this I would have changed hotel
