Crowne Plaza Chengdu Wenjiang

Thie hotel is good. A lot better than the other Crowne Plaza in Chengdu Central, which is a bit tired now. Recommend.

The room conditions not well, need more maintenance and specially cleaning .. they changed the room for us .. but over all we are talking about chain hotel.. i did not like the gyp equipment ver old, but over all its comfortable hotel … thanks alot for hospitality

We were very disappointed at this hotel recently. When we arrived, the sink at bathroom was clogged and dirty, with water stains and rust throughout the bathroom. The door cannot close properly, so water leaked onto the floor during the shower. The bed sheets were not properly tidied up, and there were visible stains on the sofa. Therefore, we informed the front desk upon entering the room. A lady server checked the room and simply mentioned that the issues as “old fixtures” which is not being charged. She cleared up the minor stuff on the sink and reset the water sink button. However, she is not really to solve the problems. Her attitude was indifference and strange, who is not care about customer concerns and the hotel branding and hygiene qualities. This is the second time and the last time to visit this hotel, it is too far away as a five-star hotel.
