I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Burr Ridge! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on ensuring I had a great experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making my stay both comfortable and relaxing. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the hotel spotless and providing excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with a staff that truly cares about their guests. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to the area!

We had an incredible experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at Burr Ridge in Chicago, Illinois. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff stood out, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service we received from Jaime. Jaime went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was comfortable and stress-free. Whether it was assisting with special requests or offering thoughtful recommendations, Jaime’s warm and attentive approach truly elevated our experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and great amenities. The location is convenient, and everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run place to stay in the area. Perfect spot for where we needed to be. Better yet, the happiest and nicest service. Thomas got us checked in and greeted us as one should, but in a top notch way. Jame as the bar was kind, easy to talk to and got us squared away right. Amazing service overall! Highly recommend. Monday night, Tuesday night and Wednesday night, James gave us the card to get the reviews coming so don’t worry, he did amazing.
