Crowne Plaza Danang by IHG

We stayed here on two separate occasions one week from each other. We stayed in the garden view 2 bed queen room. The room is very spacious. The beds and bathroom are luxurious. Rooms are quiet and its hard to hear your neighbors but on both stays I hear the upstairs neighbor moving their chairs around. The hotel itself is huge, clean, and the grounds are well kept and maintained. Great pool that is ocean front not like others where you still have to cross the street to be on the beach. The staff was great but on the second occasion the front desk staff was not attentive. There was one person before me checking out while I was waiting to check in and there were 5 receptions yet no one paid me any attention even after that person left. I stood there for about 10 mins while ignore like I wasn't there at all. Other than that there was nothing else that I was dissatisfied about with the service so I won't hold that against them. Breakfast was included and was basic. They had convenience stores and a few other restaurants on site. The restaurants are quite expensive so keep that in mind. I definitely would stay here again with my family of 4.

Amazing stay with amazing staff!! This hotel is so spacious and the views are absolutely amazing from all levels. Even when busy you never feel compacted in. Location is only just out of town, very easy to catch a grab in but just out for the peace and quiet. Pool, rooms are lovely, and you will find that there are most things available in the building like salon for hair washing, restaurants, a little mini mart for snacks, water etc, gym and pharmacy. You really don’t need to leave if you don’t want too! Final and most important point, there was a lovely lady called Jeanie who welcomed us in. She gave us so much valuable local knowledge and was just genuinely so welcoming and kind. We had some great chats and made us feel so at home

The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the staff—including the restaurant team, cleaners, and pool attendants—were all wonderful to interact with; they were truly lovely people. However, my experience with the female concierge staff at the front desk was disappointing. Upon arrival, they were not very helpful, lacking friendliness and showing little personality when I made several basic requests for assistance with things like taxis or tours. Even during checkout, they didn't inquire about our stay and seemed more focused on the room service bill than on our overall experience.
