By far the best service I’ve had at a hotel from pulling up to the front door to entering and being assisted at the front desk. When I enter the hotel you can tell they keep the hotel clean with up keep. The energy the staff gave when assisting you to make sure you were not waiting for your room long and giving tea while you wait for your key was top tier. I originally wanted to stay for 1 night when I entered my room I was greeted with fresh fruit and dessert also a card from the hotel manager. The view from my hotel room was amazing you seen the dragon bridge and all the amazing architecture. Back to the room it was a king size bed with tub and shower amazing. We took advantage of the amenities like the sauna and gym which was amazing. They also had a spa which my wife took part in. The spa she said was top tier they had good knowledge on how to focus on parts of body where tension is she really loved her experience. We wanted to stay in to see how room service was to get the full experience. First they spoke good English and knew everything about they menu the timing was perfect you order they give you a time and it’s there when they say. We didn’t wait longer than 30 minutes perfect. The next day we decided to extend for another night to see if things changed but exactly the same. I really recommend staying here top tier service.

I absolutely fell in love with this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice once in May and again in June and both visits were simply wonderful. During my June stay, the hotel’s location turned out to be perfect, especially because it was so close to where the fireworks festival took place. Watching the fireworks near the hotel made for a truly unforgettable memory. First of all, the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I’d like to give special thanks to Ms.Zumy at the reception, who remembered my preferences and made my stay extra comfortable during my June visit. Second, the room and other facilities were in excellent condition. Everything was clean, cool, and comfortable—even my usually picky husband was impressed! Third, I had the chance to use the lounge, and I really enjoyed the breakfast there. It was à la carte, which allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted. The food was fresh and delicious. I’ll be back again this August for my summer holiday, and I’m already looking forward to it. I truly hope every visit to Da Nang can be just as pleasant with Crown Hotel Da Nang Center.
