I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and impeccably maintained. The hotel's restaurant served a wide variety of dishes that was new to my taste buds. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent suggestions. I also appreciate the convenient access to public transportation the hotel has.The hotel staff were also friendly, professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. My Overall Experience was truly exceptional. The hotel's commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made it a truly unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and luxurious stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Kochi! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious, spotless, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The dining experience was excellent, with a variety of cuisines. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi!
I’m a regular at Crowne Plaza and it’s one of my favourite stays in Kochi. Went for a group booking for a Diamond Group Conference. Requested an early checkin for old age parents the next day and the hotel agreed and made a note and confirmed with me that it will be done for 11.00 am. Standard Checkin time is 2 pm. When arrived for checkin the next day we were faced with excuses from Mahesh the receptionist who felt that he is doing me a favour despite me telling him that it was already requested and confirmed a day in advance. He reluctantly promised that he will do it before 1 pm and finally the Coordinator for the event talked with him and room was provided as if a big favour was done. If a request was made and that was confirmed by the hotel then it is the responsibility of the front desk that it should be fulfilled. My point is the attitude of this reception staff needs to be more polite, kind, empathetic and his grooming needs more improvement as expected from a five star property. Perfect Hotel. Perfect Location. Perfect Food. All departments are functioning exemplary. Front Office is the only poor department that needs changes and more training on international etiquette for the staff.
