I had a very good experience during my stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and all the facilities were excellent. What really stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception. A special thank you to *Hana* and the *night manager*, who were both extremely helpful, polite, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their attention to detail and warm attitude truly enhanced my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again. Thank you for the great service.

Special thanks to Ibrahim from the F&B Department for preparing my morning coffee just the way I like it and for attending to our daily needs. We also appreciate the excellent service provided by Shams and May. I had an excellent experience at the Club Lounge, thanks to Ms. Tara. Her service was outstanding,she was consistently punctual, attentive, and made sure every guest was well taken care of from the moment they arrived until the end of their meal. Easily accessible spot. I wish the room service did better. We had requested for water and they never provided. Its was in the peak of summer when we visited the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was very good though. Lovely variety of food and the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel in general is an older one and so you will find the flaws and the upkeep of the hotel is quite noticeable. If the service would be better I could have given a better rating.
