Crowne Plaza Dubai Jumeirah by IHG

Crowne Plaza Jumeirah is a large 5-star hotel with over 200 rooms. The standard rooms are spacious, well-designed, and feature a large bathroom with a bathtub, which added to our comfort. Initially, we were given a room on the second floor, but the hallway outside was under renovation and smelled of glue due to carpet replacement. After informing the front desk, they kindly moved us to a different room on a higher floor. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop area, which features a very nice pool, sauna, and spa — using these facilities was truly enjoyable. The hotel gym was also good, although a few of the machines were out of order during our visit. While the overall stay was pleasant, the soundproofing of the windows could be improved — we could clearly hear traffic noise and the Azan from the mosque across the street. The breakfast buffet was varied and satisfying, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Considering the quality of service and amenities, the price was reasonable. I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Jumeirah for about 2–3 weeks, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The hotel is very clean, well-located, and reasonably priced—but what truly made it special was the staff. Everyone—from the doormen and receptionists to the housekeeping team—was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They treated me like a long-time friend, not just a guest. A special thank you to Ivie , Chit and Aya, who made my breakfasts unforgettable. They noticed what I liked and brought it to me every morning without me even asking. That kind of thoughtful service really stands out. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, friendly place to stay in Dubai.Thank you to the entire team, I’ll definitely come back!
