5 star in service and quality. great choice for family and couple. We stayed for 4 days everything was outstanding. We booked our room with breakfast which was excellent. hotels and room very clean. all staff professional and nice, during our stay we met meryam from reception and Joe in restaurant, both were friendly and helpful. Thank you all for making our stay pleasant.

This is the first time for me in Dubai. Have stayed for 8 nights. Everything was great and exceptional! The buffet breakfast was wonderful and that’s the most expecting thing of the day. The egg menu is the best ever! The Thai dishes from Charm Thai restaurant were delicious and made me feel comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Kibriya and Billish and the rest of the team gave me a remarkable hospitality and experience. Definitely miss the moments of staying in this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful place to stay at with incredible staff and exceptional hospitality. I was catered to by Harsh at the buffet section and the guy was extremely courteous and welcoming with incredible attention to every detail I asked him about. Kudos to the entire management and thank you, Harsh for being such a gracious host. Appreciate it
