Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi Bay Resort & Spa by IHG

We had a fantastic holiday at Crowne Plaza. The staff of course were the highlight, and were absolutely lovely at all times. The included buffet breakfast in our package was fantastic. The amenities and restaurants were great. You could easily spend a week or so without even leaving the resort. The food and drinks are definitely a little on the pricier side, so that's something to be aware of. The WiFi seemed to cut out for about 5 minutes every 2 hours or so which can be a bit annoying if you're in the middle of a call or something. The on site gym seems to be in a bit of a windowless box which wasn't great? This may be temporary though, as the resort is still technically under construction. There isn't a lot around Crowne Plaza, but a shop just down the road has cheap meals and drinks which is highly recommended going to if you want to save some $$. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza. A great place for a relaxing family holiday

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating which created such a happy atmosphere. Pools were amazing with lots of loungers and towel service. Only downside was that it's not quite finished, so the gym was pretty tiny and dark and there's still some construction. Our wifi dropped out quite often momentarily. The hot water in the showers took quite a while to heat up. All up it was a great stay and we would probably return, just a few things that need tweaking.

This hotel is good. Not too much noise so you can relax in the pool or near the beach. They have different activities that you can enjoy and also restaurants so you don’t need to go far to eat. I’m giving them 3 stars because I reserved a doble bed room 5 months in advance and when I got there they did not have a double bed room for me. They offer me a king bed for my husband, my 19 year old daughter and me. They were expecting to have 3 adult in one bed. I asked them why they didn’t have my double bed room and they said they were overbooked. Unbelievable!!!! How can a hotel do such a massive mistake. We end up in a king bed room and they brought a couch for my daughter that was hard. The manager said (I will contact you tomorrow to see if I can move you to another room) and she never did. I Paid 1,344 dollars for 3 nights to sleep well and it end up with my daughter sleeping in hard mattress worsts that the mattress at home
