Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Congress Hotel by IHG

Lovely hotel, great service. Menu lacking on bar food and advertised with restaurant but wasn't open. Breakfast was as expected and staff generally friendly. Very relaxed pace.

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The hotel is very large, located in a convenient location to reach from the main roads, but not close to the center, in the evening to get out still need to take a taxi or an Uber. The rooms were just the right size, but with a few years too many on the shoulders, positive that I being on the 7th floor had a very quiet room and no outside noise. Good breakfast, a choice between sweet and salty adequate, improved service at the tables where thick waiters were in too hurry to get rid of the table. Also the room cleaning service should be reviewed, on the first day the room was not redone. To be greatly improved is the reception service, however courteous, but too slow, about 15 minutes waiting for check-in and 20 minutes for check-out. Also the parking is paid at the hotel, but I had in problem at the exit...I did not read the ticket delivered to me. The receptionist could not help me and I had to arrange for the telephone service of the parking lot in order to get out. Overall a good experience, but on some points the shot must be adjusted.

My experience at Crowne Plaza Frankfurt was average. Some of the staff were good and helpful. The room I stayed in was not great and didn’t feel worth the price. On the positive side, the breakfast was good. Overall, an average stay.
