All amenities are dealt with professionalism, all the staff members are very etiquette in performing their daily duties. The gesture which they follow is very commendable as well as very decent approach they do to serve you on your queries.... An excellent warm atmosphere with full of generosity can be felt in this hotel. The Chef are also playing a significant role not only my preparing an excellent dishes rather going ahead and interacting with everyone to know their interests to fulfill their needs. The laundry personals are also make their hardened efforts to make your dresses ready with smother ironing without any mistakes. The hotel's car & their drivers are keeping everything hygienic and driving the car very professionally on the road keeping all the safety standards by adhering all the traffic rules regulations and also keeping a prominent speed so that you have jerk free, smoother driving experience. Everyone should be visiting this place a s per your requirements to enjoy the served leisure facilities with their own.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are huge! Mine had a large living room with an office table, a dressing, bathroom with tube and shower and another separated toilet. Plenty of amenities and good bed quality. If something to be improved, more firm pillows would be desired. The lobby is welcoming and the restaurant is very complete. Many breakfast options and also I tried for dinner: variety of Indian, southeast Asian, Korean and Western food. I tried the sports bar as well and there's also an Italian-Chinese restaurant. There's also another area where they play live Indian music. Swimming pool is also nice considering the purpose of the hotel. Fitness room is also massive and very well equipped. I didn't have time to test the spa. The staff is always smiling and helpful, I used the airport transfer and the upper option (only 1000 RP more than the standard) is a super comfortable SUV. The location obviously depends, it's a hotel to explore Noida and surroundings. For me it was perfect but it is quite far from Delhi, so expect around an hour with low traffic to get to Old Delhi or other spots. Airport is one hour away without traffic but it can be much more than that. Definitely the best Crowne Plaza I know.

I stayed here recently during a business trip. It is a large facility with plenty of amenities and options. Though I faced a few minor issues like the phone not working, some noise from the fire alarm speaker, and a faulty electric kettle, all were resolved quickly with good support from the staff. So overall, the stay was perfect. A small suggestion to the reception staff, especially Mr. Ro****– please give complete information during the welcome briefing. It avoids guests having to ask too many follow-up questions. Laundry, food, and drinks felt a bit expensive compared to similar hotels in Mumbai, Delhi, or Chennai. But the location is ideal, and I must say the breakfast spread and service were excellent, everything was served fresh and on time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality stay.
